Hi there.
Welcome to Mac Jones Photography, I'm glad you are here.
Besides Photographer, I also go by Wife, Mama, Daughter, Sister, and Friend. My little family is my world and have played such a big part in this little dream of mine. I started my photography business in 2014 when I was still in college- never would I have dreamed that I would end up being a full time wedding photographer in just a few years.
Currently, I am based out of Greenville, SC. Both my husband and I were raised in the upstate of SC. As much as I love when sessions are 5 minutes down the street, I travel all over the state of SC and beyond. Greenville SC may be home now but we have also called Columbia SC home for the first several years of our marriage. It will always be a little piece of us, no matter where we go next. I've had weddings all over South Carolina and just adore this little state of ours but the adventure seeker in me also lives for the excitement of an intimate elopement or destination wedding- so if that's you, let's dream together!
Up until having kids of my own, I would have said that weddings were not only my favorite to photograph but that it was really all I wanted to do. In the past 3 years though, my love for family photography, newborn photography, and children portrait sessions are grown immensely. Having 2 little boys of my own has really made me value capturing all of the life stages of your family, not just the beginning.

The Deroos
"I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding day feeling 100% confident that she would do a great job.She had a sweet, cheerful personality and was very personable, but she was also professional, confident, and comfortable leading and setting up the perfect shots! Micaela saved my wedding day, and I will remember what she did for me for the rest of my life."
The Conlons
"Not only is she unbelievably talented behind the lens, but she is such a wonderful person, you can't help but want to hang out and laugh with her. I was worried taking all these photos, some which felt very intimate, would be awkward, but not even a hint of discomfort arose with Micaela. I'm only sad that the wedding is over because it means we don't get to spend another 8-10 hours with her."
